Terms

By using Shotloom you agree to these terms. Shotloom is an independent, unofficial tool; see the disclaimer.

The service

Shotloom lets you prepare prompts and, when rendering is on, request AI video clips from third-party model APIs. Card payments are not live yet. The service is provided as is, may change, and may be unavailable at times. Models, prices and render times depend on third parties.

Acceptable use

Do not use Shotloom to generate unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual imagery of real people, deceptive impersonation, or content that infringes the rights of others. Do not try to bypass limits, probe the service, or use automation to submit renders. The model providers have their own content policies, and a render may be refused or fail because of them.

Credits and payments

Credits are a prepaid unit for renders. Prices and credit costs are shown before you generate. Card checkout is not live yet, so any pack shown is a preview. When it is, we will state the payer and taxes at checkout. Credits from one-time packs do not expire.

Refunds

If a render fails or times out, the credits (or the free render) used for it are returned automatically, once. We do not otherwise guarantee a particular look, motion or sound, because model output varies.

Free renders and limits

When open, free renders are limited per person, per network and per day, and there is a daily cap on renders across the whole service. We may change or remove limits at any time. A render that hits a limit is not started.

Your content and outputs

You keep the rights you have in your prompts. You are responsible for your prompts and for how you use outputs, including rights, disclosure of AI-generated media, and law. Outputs are delivered through links from the provider that expire, so download what you want to keep. We do not guarantee that outputs are free of third-party rights.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Shotloom is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date of the update on this page. Continued use means you accept the changes. Questions can be sent to the contact address that will be published here when payments open. Until then, use the early-access email form and mention your question; see also our privacy notes.
